1. Conclusion of Contract

The contract between the client and Dr. Pithamitsis comes into effect once the consulting package consisting of 6 consultations over a period of 6 months has been booked bindingly. The preliminary discussions with the closer are free of charge and serve to clarify questions as well as to individually tailor the services.

2. Booking Confirmation

After booking, the client receives a booking confirmation via email. This includes an invoice in digital form, which serves as a payment request. The client is obliged to pay the amounts specified in the invoice promptly to the indicated bank account.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

The prices for the services are individually agreed upon with the closer. The payment terms and methods are also established within the framework of the agreement. The client has the option to choose between various payment methods available in the

offer.

4. Right of Withdrawal

The client has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after its  conclusion without giving any reasons. The withdrawal must be made in writing (e.g.,via email). In the event of a withdrawal, the client will receive all payments made

promptly and at the latest within 14 days refunded.

5. Disclaimer

Medical-based, individualized consulting takes place, providing recommendations for a healthy lifestyle, including advice on supplements, dietary supplements, and hormone replacement therapy using bioidentical hormones. No diseases are treated,

nor are diagnoses made. The client is responsible for the correct intake of supplements and the implementation of recommendations and may seek further expert opinions if uncertain.

6. Data Protection

The personal data collected from the client will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. There will be no disclosure of data to third parties. The client has the right to request information about the stored data at any time

and to request corrections or deletions. A detailed privacy policy is available on Dr. Pithamitsis's homepage.

7. Jurisdiction

For all disputes arising from the contractual relationship, the jurisdiction is Fürstenfeldbruck. German law applies.

8. Changes to the GTC

The GTC are valid in their current version, which is published on Dr. Pithamitsis homepage. Changes to the GTC apply only to newly concluded contracts. The client will be informed of changes to the GTC in a timely manner via email.

9. Validity of the GTC

These GTC are part of the contract between the client and Dr. Pithamitsis. Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

10. Final Provisions

Changes and amendments to the contract must be in writing. There are no oral side agreements. The client acknowledges these GTC upon booking the consulting package.
